Shipping Policy

- Once you have placed an order on our website, you will receive an automated confirmation Email/SMS.

- Our customer care representative will call to confirm your order, upon confirming your order via call, your order will be processed.

- After the order is confirmed, you can expect your order to be delivered as per following:

• Karachi 24 to 48 business hours
• Other cities in Pakistan 3 to 4 working days.
• International Orders will be delivered within 7 Days.
• NOTE: Stitching process can take upto 7 business days.

- International Custom stitching orders require payment in advance via Western Union/Money Gram or Online Bank Transfer, and stitching process can take upto 7 business days.

NOTE:
We start the shipping process right after the confirmation call. So, if you want to cancel or modify any order, please inform our Customer Services Department prior or during confirmation call.
